Real Women Collective Action (RWCA)
The 9 month leadership program is for women in management positions, executive positions, entrepreneurs, CFO’s, CEOs of smaller organizations looking to manage larger organizations.
The leadership program is focused solely on women because our main objective is to develop women striving for professional growth and increase female leadership in Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies.
Despite progress in Women’s Rights Movements , the number of women in these higher leadership roles have remained stagnant. Our mission is to positively impact these statistics through our program.
This program will improve your skills in the following ares: self awareness, relationship building, developing other leaders, conflict resolution, networking, negotiation, and strategic thinking. These are essential for successful leadership in any organization.
Post completion, you will have the opportunity to become part of an alumni. This Alumni will be composed of skillful CEO’s, CFO’s, executives, entrepreneurs, and other top level managers.
Other benefits are: You will belong to an organization who invests in local entrepreneurs and innovators to keep our growing economy healthy and full of top talent.
Your employee should be exhibiting and practicing the skills in his or her everyday routine. We expect ongoing collaboration between RWCA and your management team to ensure we are all accountable for the investment made in your employee.
